Explore a large variety of group fitness classes available in one of our studios. Our primary studio features an integrated music system, full length mirrors and hardwood floors in an inviting setting. With three exercise studios and over 50 classes offered per week there is sure to be a class for everyone.
Whether participating in one of our TRX® classes or doing your own functional workout, our TRX® Studio is a great space to workout. Our TRX® classes are targeted to develop strength, cardio endurance, balance, core stability and flexibility simultaneously. Check out the class schedule here.
Due to limited space in TRX® and Cycle, please contact the Rec Center to reserve your spot no more than 2 days prior to class.
Age Requirement for Group Fitness Classes
Children ages 12 and under may attend classes when accompanied by an adult and instructor approval, doing body weight exercises only. Children 13 and older may attend without an adult and instructor approval. However, the instructor has discretion whether the child is mature enough to safely participate in class.
