    JULY IS NATIONAL PARKS AND RECREATION MONTH Get your GAME ON with Nampa Parks & Recreation this July! Pick up a game board at the Nampa Rec Center, Lakeview Water Park or Lincoln Pool and participate in the free or low cost activities. Everyone who completes the game board wins a prize! This is a great opportunity for families to discover some of the fun Nampa Parks & Recreation has to offer!

  3. Kids in Action Day Camp-(KIA)

    July 1, 2019, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM @ Nampa Rec Center

    The Nampa Rec Center, Kids in Action day camp program is a great way to keep your kids active when school is out. Kids in Action gets your kids moving in a supervised, safe environment. KIA Summer Program begins June 10. Kids can swim every day, go on field trips each month, and have a different theme each week to explore. They will do crafts, learn new sports, read books, play games, make friends, and spend the summer being active and having fun!   4. Traditions Tang Soo Do

    July 1, 2019, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ Nampa Rec Center

    This class teaches self-confidence, builds self-esteem and improves balance, while establishing discipline and courtesy towards others. Participants will learn age appropriate self-defense and weapons training. These classes are non-violent; sparring is optional. Clothing and Equipment Beginning students should wear loose fitting clothing, such as sweat pants and a t-shirt. No jewelry or watches during class. A mouth guard when sparring and a groin protector cup (males) are recommended. Returning students will have an additional $5 late fee if renewed after 1st of the month
