FREE Diabetes Prevention Program Information Session
1 in 3 Americans are prediabetic, and 90% of those are not even aware of it. Join us if you would like to learn more about this medical condition, how to manage it if you are already diabetic, determine your risk of developing type 2 diabetes OR looking to lose weight the right way and be healthy! You will learn more about a lifestyle change program (National Diabetes Prevention Program) that will be starting in March 2023 that is suitable for ALL individuals looking to lose weight healthfully, prevent chronic disease, and become more active.

Join us for a yearlong program (25 classes) developed by the CDC to reduce your risk by 50% of developing T2 diabetes through modest lifestyle changes. Learn proven techniques and practice healthy eating and physical activity habits that will help you lose weight healthfully, reduce your risk of developing T2 diabetes and become more active!
