My adult children (over 18) live with me and I support them. Can they be on my family membership?

Residency does not qualify an adult child to be included in a family membership. However, if you can show that they are a legal dependent by providing proof you claimed them on your most recent income taxes and they are between the ages of 19 and 21 then you may include them in your family membership.
