Lloyd Square is a unique urban park in the heart of downtown Nampa. It was converted to a park in 2016 from a parking lot. Historically, the site was home of the old Lloyd Lumber Company lumber yard. Two of the old lumber yard buildings still stand and are used for reservations and events including farmer’s markets, weddings and food truck rallies.
The public is welcome to reserve the park for personal events or simply enjoy the open green space tucked into Nampa’s downtown. The facility is available for reservation Spring-Fall. Public events such as live bands, outdoor markets, or food concessionaires are common sights at Lloyd Square Park which give it a unique urban feel.
The Main Building is 2,432 square feet and includes a men and women’s restroom and empty space for you to set up your event. With all the doors closed the maximum occupant load is 154 people. However most events will roll up the garage doors making the event both inside and outside, then the space can hold well over 1,000 people.
Building #2 is 1,980 square feet and is open space for you to set up. This building holds a maximum of 115 people. The cost for building #2 is $100/half day time block and can only be reserved in addition to the main building.
To reserve Lloyd Square Park please contact the Nampa Parks and Recreation Department at 208-468-5858. The fee starts at $300/half day time block and includes the main building and grassy area.
