For J, a career in fitness is an opportunity to give back and promote healthy life choices within the community. As an educator of over 25 years and personal trainer for over 15 years, he strives to inform his clients on the ‘how’s’ and ‘whys’ of an exercise program so they can get the most out of their workout. His approach includes structure and proper progression that is individualized. J’s personal fitness goals are focused on training to maintain health and be able to pursue his hobbies. Along with weight training J has completed two Spartan races but also enjoys paddle boarding, riding bikes, and playing sports. He approaches fitness as a life-long journey where everyone can strive for continuous and attainable improvements. Clients can expect effective and comprehensive goal specific training regardless of their experience level and barriers.
