Kari Child moved to Nampa from the Salt Lake area in 2008 where she worked for the West Valley City Family Fitness Center as the Program and Activities Supervisor. Previous experience includes teaching outdoor education in Indiana, working with gangs in Chicago, working with children with disabilities, and working with the Nampa School District for the last five years.
Kari Child received her BS in Recreation Management and Fitness Management from Indiana State University and her MS in Therapeutic Recreation with an emphasis in outdoor from Indiana University. She is a 4H, FFA, and now a United States Army mom.
